Hoshea is the well-accomplished speaker and trainer on the principles of the Torah.
He has influenced thousands with his insights, which he cultivated from the personal developments received from multiple Rabbi’s over the years. Including Rabbi Ralph Messer, Rabbi David Hargis, Rabbi Dominick Zangla. Pastors, leaders, schools and church communities have felt his impact, elevating their understanding of the Torah and its placement in their maturation.
With over thirty years experience in the administration of deliverance and fifteen years sharing principle-based deliverance, Hoshea speaks and facilitates training for congregations, colleges, and associations both nationally and abroad and is highly regarded by those who have experienced his workshops first-hand.

Hoshea’s calling is to the young urban community, and to help those suffering from addiction, codependency and instability in their faith. His book Soul Bondage offers wisdom keys that continue to set individuals free and shows how to set others free.Hoshea was born Gerald M. Williams Jr. and raised in the service of YHWH to Bishop Gerald Williams Sr. and Diane Williams. Being full of the anointing of his grandfather Bishop Charlie M. Davis and his parents, Hoshea decided to live completely for the Messiah in 1999.
Since his dedication to YHWH, he had multiple mentors come into his life teaching and training him in the word, the gifts of the Spirit, and leadership. Hoshea is now a bondservant of Y’shua HaMashiach, ordained by the Spirit of our Living Elohim, and ordained by man for men (least the gospel needs any man’s approval to be preached) by Pastor Rabbi Ralph Messer of Simchat Torah Beit Midrash of Denver, Colorado under the direction of his father and eldership. He is now the community leader of a group of Messianic Hebrews in Columbus, Ohio under the name of The House of Israel Ohio LLC.
The Call:
Raised in the Non-Denominational Christian Charismatic movement, Hoshea began to be used supernaturally by the Spirit at the tender age of 6 when he began to play drums during praise and worship at his father's congregation. With no previous experience of playing, he recalls telling his mom when asked; What made you start playing? The young, six-year-old Hoshea replied; “God told me to.”
Faithfully continuing in the faith as a teenager and young adult, Hoshea started to be faced with the temptations of life. This time of his life gave him the powerful testimony of transformation. Once filled with the Set-apart Spirit, he immediately felt the demand of ministry in his heart.
Father has called Hoshea to reach the nations with the Gospel of conversion and deliverance. In 2007, at the beginning of the new Jewish civil New Year, the Messiah Y’shua imparted a word to him that “he hasn’t seen anything yet. The level of which The Most High can reach HIS potential is us; we haven’t even begun to scratch the surface.” This word resonated in his heart the entire year. Hoshea continues to see Elohim consistently show how much more He has for those who keep His commands, seek after His face, and follow His instructions.
With the support of his beautiful wife and family of three kids, Hoshea aspires to be the voice for the hurting communities. Bringing the knowledge of the rights a believer in the Messiah has, through his Kingdom of provision and blessings, accessed by a lifestyle of obedience to Y’shua’s voice.
Accomplishments:
His accomplishments include: Two movies: “Slavery in the Torah” and Death to Life; Multiple CD series, such as; Providence and Adversity; to local work in his community, including youth empowerment studies, praise and worship team leader, congregational leader, mentor, evangelist, teacher, outreach ministries (local and international), father, husband, entrepreneur, and counselor.
His maturation process has given him the ability to understand the necessary keys needed for soul deliverance. The application of these keys has allowed deliverance to come to families in areas of their lives, such as: Family function, clarity of hearing to the voice of His Spirit, financial stability, courage in men, cures from generational diseases (both soul and physical), to name just a few.
Areas of Study:
Hoshea has equipped himself well with knowledge in Divinity, Hebrew Roots, Ancient Hebrew word meanings, Messianic One House, Messianic Two House, Christian History, Christian Theory, Mishnah (writings of Rambam), the Talmud, Hebrew Israelite doctrines, and an assortment of diverse views that he has or has not been taken into consideration. “The best witness and credential that I have is the Spirit of the Messiah, and the manifestation of His spiritual fruit through me,” says Hoshea.
